Questions
Asked every week.
Answered plainly.
No sales language, no fine print. If your question isn't here, ask us directly — that counts as a first conversation, and those are free.
Getting started
How much does it cost? +
Every store is different, so we quote per project instead of publishing one-size prices. Tell us what you’re building in the project form — we come back within 24 hours with an honest plan and a number. You keep the plan either way.
What if I’m just starting, with a small budget? +
Say so — plainly. Sometimes the honest advice is to start smaller than you think: one strong product page and clean imagery beats a rushed everything. We’ll tell you what we’d do in your position, even when it means less work for us.
How long does a project take? +
A full store: usually 2–4 weeks. Product pages or imagery sets: about a week. CRO and SEO are ongoing by nature — audits land in days, results build over months. You get a timeline before we start.
What do you need from me? +
Your product story, any assets you have, access where needed, and one chat thread where we can reach you. That’s it — we handle the rest.
Working together
What does “one client at a time” actually mean? +
The whole studio works on one main project until it’s about 80% done — only then do we open the next slot. Your project is never in a queue behind ten others. It’s why the work is good and why slots are limited.
How do updates work? +
Weekly, in plain words, with things you can see — not status jargon. Questions between updates get answered in hours, not days.
Who owns everything? +
You do, from day one: the store, the design files, the accounts, the content. If we ever part ways, everything is already in your hands.
What if I don’t like a direction? +
You say so, early — that’s what the weekly check-ins are for. Course-correcting in week one is cheap; we’d rather hear it than guess.
Money
Why don’t you show prices on the site? +
Because a fixed price for unknown work is either padded or dishonest. We’d rather understand your project for fifteen minutes and give you a real number.
How is payment scheduled? +
In milestones you approve — never everything up front. The schedule is part of the plan we send you.
Can I hire you through Fiverr instead? +
Yes — some clients prefer the platform’s escrow, and that’s fine by us. Direct projects simply skip the platform fees.
After launch
Do you disappear after the website is done? +
No — staying beside you is one of our three promises. Launch is the middle of the relationship, not the end. Support, small changes and honest advice continue after go-live.
Something broke at 9pm before a sale — what happens? +
You message us. Urgent things get treated as urgent; that’s what “a team beside you” means in practice.
Can you take over a store someone else built? +
Yes. We audit it first so you know exactly what you have, then fix and improve from there — no forced rebuilds.
